Join us! Build core muscle strength and improve flexibility, balance, and posture. Stott’s Pilates uses low impact, mat exercises and deep breathing. Beginner’s welcome! Please bring your own mat to each session.

An APCA membership is required for participation.
- APCA memberships are $5 per family and last from September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2024.
