Refund Policy for Program Registration

  • Registration is on a first come first registered basis.
  • If a program does not have sufficient participants, it will be cancelled and refunds will be provided.
  • Refunds requested prior to start of the first class will be subject to a $15 administration fee.
  • Refunds requested up until noon the day following the second class will be subject to a 50% reduction and then no further refunds will be given.
  • Refunds due to medical reasons will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • NOTE: Certain classes will not qualify for refunds for any reason and will indicate so in the class description.

    Powerskate Cancellation Policy
Powerskating has high fixed costs therefore the refund policy is more strict than other APCA programs.  Refunds requested 3 weeks prior to start date will be granted less a $75 admin fee.  Refunds requested within 3 weeks of start date will only be granted if a replacement skater can be found.  If APCA finds the replacement a $75 cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund.  With APCA approval, the skater may sell their spot directly to another skater to avoid the cancellation fee.  Injuries with a doctor’s note will be handled on a case by case basis.
