Refund Policy for Program Registration

  • Registration is on a first come first registered basis.
  • If a program does not have sufficient participants, it will be cancelled and refunds will be provided.
  • Refunds requested prior to start of the first class will be subject to a $15 administration fee.
  • Refunds requested up until noon the day following the second class will be subject to a 50% reduction and then no further refunds will be given.
  • Refunds due to medical reasons will be considered on a case by case basis.
  • NOTE: Certain classes will not qualify for refunds for any reason and will indicate so in the class description.

Our team, based on lots of Volunteer Power, have the lowest prices around as we are just looking to break-even as a non-profit community organization.  We can handle all the logistics and details for your company.  Grad events, community events, corporate events for employees or clients, or even social groups, we will host all!

Volunteer Soccer Coordinator Needed

Exciting opportunity for a Coordinator to manage the overall administration and lead a team of volunteers on the execution of the soccer league.

The South Regina Community Soccer league is a collaboration of outdoor soccer programs of five South Regina community associations, which includes:
– Albert Park;
– Hillsdale;
– Lakeview;
– Whitemore Park; and,
– Harbour Landing.

The mission of South Regina Community Soccer is to provide a cost-effective, fun-filled, recreational and no-cut soccer program primarily targeted at the youth of the five South Regina community associations but also includes other children from Regina and surrounding areas.

Winter/Spring Program Registration will be Updated after January 29

The program guide will not be available this year as there are so many changes related to COVID-19.  IF things stabalize in the spring a Program Guide may be available for Spring programming.
Program registration opens on December 17, 2020 online with all program details are available on this website..
Registration will be ONLINE ONLY this year.  Registration will be announced following the December 17, 2020 health announcements. Any classes that are open for registration have a class limit of no more than 8.

Some programs are pending until January 29, 2021 when new health announcements are made.

Cancelled at this time are winter programs for Over 50 Fitness, Dance, and some of the larger team sports – badminton, floor hockey, pickleball, and low impact fitness will be announced later.

The Albert Park Community Association (APCA) serves the area of Regina south of 25th Avenue and west of Albert Street.

The Albert Park Community Association appreciates the continued support of the City of Regina which enables the program offerings. APCA offers a wide variety of programs for children, youth, adults and seniors including AM and PM fitness classes, art, soccer, dance, technical power skate, sport ball, s and much more.  APCA is proud to bring free activities to the community, including family movie nights, family skate, and the Summer Bash.

APCA’s AGM will be held in November each year at 7:00 pm in the South Leisure Centre (SLC) boardroom as publicized annually.  Join us for an APCA monthly meeting,  on the 3rd Monday of the month, 7:00 pm at the South Leisure Centre. We are always looking for volunteers, new program ideas and coordinators, so please let us know if you are interested in helping out.

The Albert Park Community Association was established in 1964, and incorporated as a Not For Profit Organization in 1971.
