Bloom Together Community Flower Garden

We can finally share the exciting update… our Bloom Together Community Flower Garden is officially coming to the South Leisure Centre in Spring 2026!

APCA is bringing a brand-new beautification project to the neighbourhood. This spring, we’ll be installing 8 large community flower planters at the front entrance of the SLC — the first step in transforming the space into a vibrant, welcoming gathering place for everyone in Albert Park.

This project will include:

Annual community planting days where families, seniors, and youth can come together to plant flowers and learn about gardening.

Hands-on opportunities for local schools, seniors’ homes, and neighbours to help shape the space.

And soon… a new City of Regina community firepit will be joining the area, making this space even more special.

More details will be shared in the new year — but consider this an early Christmas present for Albert Park!

We cannot wait to see this project bloom with the help of our wonderful community.
