Description
A full body yoga/functional fitness class that encompasses stretch, strength and balance using the chair. This class does not transition to the floor and is safe for all fitness levels.
In an hour class, we sit for about the first 10 min with meditation and stretching. Then it’s yoga using a chair for balance. Bring a yoga mat on which to place a chair .
