Tai chi Thirteen Essentials
Tai chi promotes ultimate physical and mental well-being, and thus, was officially recognized as the world non-material cultural heritage in 2019. Imbedded in the gentle form of martial arts are the circulation of intrinsic energy flow and cultivation of educated strength. The class of Tai chi Thirteen Essentials teaches the foundational hand techniques and foot work.
