Description
Co-ed exercise program, with options to attend once, twice, or three times per week. Tuesday and Thursday classes incorporate mild cardio, strength, stretching and balance. Friday classes are more intense and challenging.
Participants work at their own pace. Instructors are certified in Older Adult Fitness training and prove options to accommodate different capabilities.. Register online or at any class during the first week.
Weights and other items provided. Bring your own resistance bands.

Thursdays: Jan 4 – Apr 4 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Fridays: Jan 5 – Apr 12* from 9:00 am – 10:00 am
*No class March 29
Location: South Leisure Centre
Cost : $50/once a week; $60/ Twice a week, $70/three times a week or $5 per drop in class.
