Description
Co-ed exercise program, with options to attend once, twice, or three times per week. Tuesday and Thursday classes incorporate mild cardio, strength, stretching and balance. Friday classes are more intense and challenging.
Participants work at their own pace. Instructors are certified in Older Adult Fitness training and provide options to accommodate different capabilities.
Weights and other items provided. Bring your own resistance bands.

Thursdays: Jan 8 – May 28 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Fridays: Jan 9 – May 29 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am
No classes: Feb 17, Apr 3, May 5

Cost : $105/once a week; $130/ Twice a week, $140/three times a week.
