Co-ed exercise program, with options to attend once, twice, or three times per week. Tuesday and Thursday classes incorporate mild cardio, strength, stretching and balance. Friday classes are more intense and challenging.
Participants work at their own pace. Instructors are certified in Older Adult Fitness training and prove options to accommodate differnt capabilities.. Register online or at any class during the first week.
Weights and other items provided. Bring your own resistance bands.

Tuesdays: Sep 12 – Dec 12 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Thursdays: Sep 14 – Dec 14 from 10:30 am – 11:30 am.
Fridays Sep 15 – Dec 15 from 9:00 am – 10:00 am

Cost : $50/once a week; $60/ Twice a week, $70/three times a week $5 per drop in class.
