Low Impact Fitness is good for everyone! This class will increase your heart rate and make you break a sweat! All while minimizing the impact on your joints, sore knees or any injuries.
Ages: 18+
Day: Mondays from 9:15 – 10:15 am
Winter Session: Jan 5 – Mar 23 $55
Spring Session: Mar 30 – Jun 15 $45
*No class on Feb 16, Apr 6, May 4, May 18
