Moderate co-ed exercise program structured for general fitness: cardio, stretching, strengthening/toning muscles, improving balance and flexibility (includes weights and
stretch bands). Everyone works at their own pace. Instructors are certified in Older Adult Fitness training. Register online, at Registration Night or at any class during the first week.
Days: 1,2,or 3 of Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
Tuesdays: Sept 7 – Dec 7 10:30 am – 11:30 am
Thursdays: Sept 9 – Dec 16, 10:30 am – 11:30 am.
Fridays Sept 10 – Dec 10 9:00am – 10:00 am
Location: South Leisure Centre
Cost : $50/once a week; $60/ Twice a week, $70/three times a week $5 per drop in class.
