Moderate co-ed exercise program structured for general fitness and flexibility (includes weights, bands and mats).

Note: Due to special circumstances, not all sessions will have the usual 14 classes. For those sessions, pick up the needed class(s) on a different day.

* Save $30 by choosing the Twice a Week option and attend any 2 classes in a week for only $50.
* Save $60 by choosing the Three Times a Week option and attend all 3 classes in a week for only $60.
